Refund & Returns Policy
At TwentyFour Golf, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order. This policy is designed to comply with Australian Consumer Law while also outlining how refunds and returns apply to international customers.
1. Change of Mind
- If you change your mind about a purchase:
- Refunds apply to the cost of the item(s) only.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
2. Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a remedy if a product:
- Is faulty or defective,
- Is damaged upon arrival,
- Is not as described, or
- Is not fit for its intended purpose.
If this occurs:
- You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair depending on the circumstances.
- Refunds will include the full cost of the item(s) and the original shipping fee.
- TwentyFour Golf will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
Claims for faulty or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. International Orders
For customers outside Australia:
- The same policy applies for faulty or incorrect products.
- If an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a refund, replacement, or reasonable return solution.
- Refunds may include the original shipping fee where the fault lies with us.
However:

Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by your country are non-refundable, as these charges are applied by local authorities and not by TwentyFour Golf.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds unless faulty:
- Gift cards
- Promotional or free items
- Items Final Sale & Sale Items
- Items returned worn, washed, altered, or without original tags
5. How to Request a Return
To request a return:

- If approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
7. Consumer Law Notice
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
