Estimated Shipping Time

All shipping is sent through AusPost.

Australia: estimated 3-10 days

Items marked “delivered” by the AusPost are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. 

Shipping FAQ

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed. Please contact AusPost with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.

If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at info@twentyfourproject.com, and we can begin the process of reshipment. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

At TwentyFour Golf, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it, no questions asked.

Here's how it works:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Simply contact hello@twentyfourgolf.com to initiate your return, and we’ll guide you through the process.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
